Externally, the car received more chrome along the "lower perimeter" (corners of bumpers and doors), double strips appeared on the radiator grill, headlights and lanterns were changed, and niches for fog lights became black, plus other wheel disks are installed. But the leather is not very high quality, and there is no ventilation of the seats, and perforation is provided only in the shoulder area and under the knees. But in the lower back and in the buttocks area there is solid material - I'm afraid it will float in the summer. Due to the general rise in the price of the car (chrome, leather, Ultrasuede trim, armrests), we had to abandon a couple of options in order to keep the previous price: adaptive cruise control and the Bose audio system have now disappeared from the list of equipment of the maximum version. If the exterior has simply changed, then along the way, with the improvement of the finish, some ergonomics errors have also been resolved: armrests appeared, a larger and more convenient MZD Connect control unit was installed, and compact buttons took the place of the massive parking brake lever. The front seats provide a low and deep seating position, firmly gripping the body with side bolsters. Although global remarks - for example, the tightness in the back or the volume of the trunk - cannot be corrected with a regular facelift-restyling-update. And during the update, the 2-liter 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engines were slightly changed: different pistons and nozzles, higher fuel injection pressure. The engine of the front-wheel drive version is slightly more powerful - now 121 hp. against 120 hp previously, the motor for the all-wheel drive version still produces 150 hp. Both motors develop a torque of 206 Nm versus 204 Nm previously. Plus, the car meets the most stringent Euro 6d TEMP toxicity standards. If I didn't know how the previous Mazda CX-3 drives, then in this case I would say “great”. But the whole truth is that in normal driving modes, the updated version of the Mazda CX-3 seems to have lost a bit of momentum: it just drives forward, it just accelerates - but no longer flies and does not strive.
