Half Plot Of Land At Amasaman
03117, Kiev, Pobedy ave., 65, building B, office 470
Divide a land plot - this question arises quite often in life and requires a certain awareness of the procedure for dividing a land plot established by current legislation, as well as some practical experience.
First of all, it must be said that the basis for the division of the land plot is a notarized statement of the owner of the land plot, as well as the technical documentation for the division of the land plot developed by the land management organization. See a sample notarial statement for the land section.
In addition to the notarial application for the section of the land plot, the land management organization must also provide:
It is necessary to understand that if there are several owners of the land plot (common share ownership), then in this case a notarial agreement is concluded for the division of the land plot between co-owners.
It is also necessary to understand that the purpose of the land plots formed as a result of the division of the original land plot cannot change and remains the same as for the original l Half Plot Of Land At Amasaman and plot (before the division). Read more about changing the designated purpose of a land plot in our article Procedure for changing the designated purpose of a land plot.
If the plot is divided in a special way, not in separate equal parts, as well as if the plot is built up, then in this case, a cadastral survey of the land plot is necessary.
The technical documentation developed by the land management organization for the division of the land plot is submitted to the local government of the State Geocadastre (at the location of the land plot), which registers the new plots created as a result of the division in the State Land Cadastre. After registering new plots, the state cadastral registrar (works at the local government of the State Geocadastre) issues the relevant extracts from the cadastre (GZK) in confirmation of the changes made.
Each land plot, which was formed as a result of the section, is assigned a new cadastral number, which will be indicated in the corresponding extract from the cadastre. A sample can be found on the Inventory Statement (SLC) page.
After receiving extracts from the cadastre for land plots that were formed as a result of the division, you must contact the center for the provision of administrative services or a notary in order to register ownership separately for each land plot formed as a result of the division. For a more detailed understanding of the procedure for registering a property right to a land plot, read our article Procedure for registering a right to a land plot in the register of rights.
The procedure for combining land plots does not differ significantly from the procedure for dividing a land plot, it is carried out on the same grounds, but in practice it is much less common. That is why we did not pay attention to this type of land management work in this article.
